Privacy

What this website keeps about you, why, and for how long. Updated 21 October 2026.

Browsing the site

No analytics, no ads, no tracking scripts and no cookies for visitors.
Fonts and images are served from this site, so visiting it makes no requests to other companies.
Your browser is told not to send this site's address to the places you go next (no-referrer).
"My list" (medicines you add) is saved only in your own browser, never sent to us until you send a request.

We store your name, mobile number, the medicines you listed, your note, and the prescription photo if you add one.
We use them only to prepare your medicines and to call or WhatsApp you about this request. We never sell or share them.
Before upload, the website shrinks the photo and removes hidden details such as the camera's location.
Prescription photos are private: only the store owner can open them, after logging in. They are deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner when the store deletes them.
Requests (name, number, list) are deleted automatically after 180 days.
To stop abuse we count requests per visitor using a one-way, salted hash of the network address, never the address itself; these counts are deleted after a day.
Data is stored with Cloudflare (database and private file storage) and sent over HTTPS.

You can always call 098391 09296 or visit the store instead of using the website.
To have your request or photo deleted right away, call us with your request number.

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a message already typed; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that chat.
Show live map loads Google Maps only after you tap it. Directions and the review buttons open Google, whose privacy policy applies there.
